Summary : Mr. Kowsar is a young promising solar cell researcher, currently affiliated with BCSIR Laboratories, Dhaka. He is the pioneer of multijunction solar cell research in Bangladesh. Basically he is a theorist and his research interest in advance III-V multijunction solar cell, thin-film solar cell and silicon solar cell. Currently he is involving in with the development of one dimensional multijunction solar cell simulator (MSCS-1d). He has also an inclination to device fabrication. He is the inventor of non-electric Green Refrigerator. Research interest:
